His experience varies across a wide range of industries and has successfully undertaken various assignments for valuation of Securities or Financial Assets, Intangible Assets etc for various purposes under Companies Act, Fund raising, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and others. He is also involved in carrying out portfolio valuation under AIF Regulations.

He has immense knowledge in areas of drafting of various documents related to Preferential Allotment, Private Placement, Right Issue, Secretarial Audits, Due Diligences, Company Law Petitions, FEMA Compliances etc. He is also actively involved in providing advisory services to Insolvency Professionals under Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters and Liquidation matters. He also appears before National Company Law Tribunal, Registrar of Companies and other various statutory authorities.
